Full or partial support for the following have been agreed by the Friends’ Council and were approved at the AGM 2008
THINGS WE HAVE ACHIEVED in 2008 The provision of a Conservation Plan Urgent and necessary repairs to the north transept roof Emergency repairs to the main roof The gates at the west end are looking splendid and we are now moving round the corner to the South West Gates. Cushions in the form of good quality carpet which has had the edges whipped is now in place in the north choir aisle. The north porch is now a much needed storage area Setting up the Friends Web site Photogrammetric Survey Contribution to the Chapter House refurbishment Contribution to the refurbishment of the Pearson Room Repairs to the Treasures Provision of calico bags for the treasures
