PRESENT AND FUTURE PROJECTS

Full or partial support for the following have been agreed by the Friends’ Council
and were approved at the AGM 2007

THINGS WE HAVE ACHIEVED in the last year 2007/08

	The provision of a Conservation Plan.
	Urgent and necessary repairs to the north transept roof
	Emergency repairs to the main roof
	The gates at the west end are looking splendid and we are now moving round the corner to the South West Gates.
	Cushions in the form of good quality carpet which has had the edges whipped is now in place in the north choir aisle.
	The north porch is now a much needed storage area.
	Setting up the friends web site.

THINGS WE ARE HOPING TO ACHIEVE IN 2008/9

	Repair and restore some of the Cathedral’s Treasures and make calico bags to store them in
	Contribute towards the cost of the Fire Risk Assessment Report
	Complete the refurbishment of the Gates and Railings
	Central Tower Photogrammatic Survey
	Contribute towards the refurbishment of the Chapter House refectory
	Refurbishment of the Pearson Room
	Audience Management Plan cost
